GRADUATE FRESHERS INFORMATION PACK(GFI)
Dear incoming Queens' College Student,
We are pleased to offer you membership of Queens' College and look forward to you joining us once you have fulfilled the conditions of your offer set by either the Board of Graduate Studies, Judge Business Institute, Faculty of Education or School of Clinical Medicine (and provided proof of funding to Queens' College in the case of self - funded applicants).
Below you will find a list of links to information relating to your admission to Queen's College.
I would suggest that you first read the link A Note from the Senior Tutor which provides a great deal of information about the arrangements prior to and for, your arrival. There are also links below providing accommodation information, financial information etc. Please note the Schedule of Fees and Charges document relates to 2011-2012, as costs for 2012-2013 will only be determined later this year.
Students who will studying on either the PGCE, MBBChir, VetMB or MPhil Environmental Design Option B, shouild also read the Fee Finance and Student Support 2012 document.
Most importantly, after you have read all the information, you will then need to complete and return to me, a number of forms and additional items (see IMPORTANT FORMS TO COMPLETE AND RETURN link below).
You will also shortly be sent an email from our Financial Office providing information on how to log in to the Queens' College Payment Portal in order to make your Caution Money Payment of £250, pay your first tuition fees invoice etc. Please note your Caution Money payment must be received by 31 July if you wish to be considered for college accommodation in the first ballot administered in early August.
Please return your completed forms and Caution Money details/payment to me as soon as possible, but no later than 31 July to Robbie Kneale, Graduate Administrator, Queens' College, Cambridge, CB3 9ET
N.B. You will receive an email notification from me when any new information is added to the GFI pack (such as details of the Matriculation Dinner). However, you may wish to save this page into your 'favourites' as the link to the GFI pack is only made accessible to conditional/confirmed offer holders.
