I have not received any information from you about my Anniversary Celebration Invitation Dinner this year?

If there is less than two months to go before your reunion and you have not heard from us please e-mail alumni@queens.cam.ac.uk or call our office on +44 (0)1223 331944. Alternatively, you can download all the event details and access your event here.

I have lost my event paperwork– can you send me a new set?

I have registered for my event but have heard nothing more from you.

If after two weeks you have not received either an e-mail or letter from the Alumni Office confirming your attendance and receipt of your response form please click here now to let us know.

Can I bring a guest to an Anniversary Celebration Dinner or Lunch?

The Invitation from The President to an Anniversary Celebration Dinner or Lunch is to a Member and their guest, for which there is a charge for guests at Anniversary Dinners. For further information please see the Events and Services Guide by clicking here.

Can I park at College?

Major building work continues at Queens'. We apologise for the inconvenience that this work will cause and would be grateful if Members would note that there are inevitable car parking restrictions. What is the dress code at events?

Anniversary Celebration Invitation Dinners – Black tie for gentlemen and equivalent for ladies.
Anniversary Celebration Invitation Lunches - Lounge suits for gentlemen and equivalent for ladies.
Arthur Armitage Garden Party – Lounge suit or blazer.
Academic Saturday – Smart casual.
Members’ Dining Privileges – Academic dress is worn by Queens' Members in the SCR and at High Table.

What time does the event start?

Anniversary Celebration Dinners – Please arrive for the Reception at 6.45pm for 7.00pm. For the 50th Anniversary Dinner please arrive at 7.00pm.

Can I stay in College?

Is it too late to register?

To help us organise your event we would appreciate registration at least three weeks before your event. This will ensure that we can cater for all your requirements, seat you according to your preferences and ensure your correct and up-to-date entry into Who’s Who.

What happens if I need to cancel my attendance at an event?

If you are unable to attend an event please contact the Alumni Office by phone (+44 (0)1223 331944) or e-mail alumni@queens.cam.ac.uk as soon as possible. Thank you.
We would be grateful if you would note that, for paid ticketed events, refunds on cancellations are available up to four working days before the event.

Can I bring children to an Alumni event at College?

Unfortunately the College premises are not designed for the needs of children, nor would planning consent be given to adapt its listed and historic buildings to comply with requirements of the Regulations.
We are, therefore, unable to accommodate children, that is, persons below the age of 16 years old, on the premises as some areas of the College present a potential risk to them. If and when, however, children attend non-residential functions, they must be under the continuous supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
