Residency dates 2012
Easter term - 19th April until the 21st June.
Michaelmas term - 27th September until the 5th December.
Degree Day Accommodation
Bookings are now being taken for the period around Degree Day. Please download the booking form and return it to me in the Financial Office in Essex 1. Graduating students should ensure they book excess residence through the normal channels - see below.

Excess Residence bookings
Students should note that any requirement to stay in their room outside of residency dates (unless on quarterly scheme) must be booked through the Tutorial Office as usual. Choir trips, skiing trips, graduations etc do not come with an automatic excess residence booking even if it is being paid for by the college. It cannot be assumed that because it is being paid for or for an event, all students actually want it, so it must be booked by you as the student requiring it.

Please be aware that if you require a reference for accommodation purposes, it speeds things up if you let me know before I am contacted by the company. I require your permission to give out the information so it saves me having to contact you prior to doing so (it is also more polite!).
